Riviera

Santa Barbara is often referred to as ‘The American Riviera’ because of its unique terrain and climate that is reminiscent of the Mediterranean coasts of France and Italy. Bridging Sycamore Canyon to Mission Canyon along an east-west ridgeway, the Riviera neighborhood embodies those European characteristics and has some of the most commanding ocean and cityscape views that Santa Barbara has to offer.

Homes in this area are adorned with stonework terracing and stunning architecture. It’s hard not to fall in love. Alameda Padre Serra, or APS for short, is the main thoroughfare, separating the Riviera from the lower Riviera.
