The Single Family neighborhood of Campanil is located between Hope Ranch and Las Positas Rd. This 489 acre community with around 310 homes also sits adjacent to the ocean making it a prime location for beach lovers. A large majority of the neighborhood features lot sizes ranging from 1-4 acres. There is also a smaller portion of the neighborhood along Alan Rd with lot sizes under a ½ acre.
