The East Beach area can be found at the bottom of State St spanning along the beach, East Beach. Bounded by Highway 101, Cabrillo Blvd, and Santa Barbara St, this neighborhood is composed mostly of industrial and commercial facilities, with just a few single and multi-family dwellings. The close proximity to the beach and the palm tree lined Cabrillo Blvd walk & bike path make it a popular location to exercise and enjoy the sunny Santa Barbara weather.
