The jumbo 30-year fixed loan amount is $1,000,000 with a 5.625% rate and an APR of 5.798%. Discount points are also 1.000 ($10,000). 

Lastly, for those interested in an adjustable-rate mortgage (ARM), the jumbo 10/6 ARM* loan amount is $1,000,000 with a 5.350% rate and an APR of 5.816%. Again, discount points are 1.000 ($10,000).
